Gods vs Humans heads for EU
In Gods vs Humans, you embody major Gods from the most fabulous mythologies: Scandinavian, Egyptian, Greco-Roman and Japanese. As a god, you have enough power to rule the humans. All but cheeky ones! Some of them want to enter your domain. They have decided to build a tower to confront you. Use your divine powers to bring down the building and show who is the boss. Be careful not to hurt them though, you need people to believe in you!
Indeed, your strength depends on their faith. You unlock powers depending on the capacity of your power gauge. It is automatically recharged by the respect gauge, which is like a barometer of the human mood. These two elements are essential to take up the challenge of Gods vs Humans!

It’s been reported in the Daily Mail that the Nintendo DS top game Nintendogs
‘People should be told not to play it when there are dogs in the room. I blame the game for what happened to Megan. If they hadn’t been playing it I don’t think the dog would have gone for her.’
Megan was in the care of her grandmother, Jean Taylor, while her mother Leanne Walker, aged 34, was on holiday in Jamaica for her birthday.

The EA Play Label of Electronic Arts told us today that the robust music line-up for The Sims 3 for console platforms and The Sims 3 Late Night PC/MAC that includes music from a variety of genres such as hip-hop, alternative, pop, rock, electronic, and more. Artists from around the world including Travie McCoy, 3oh!3, Flo Rida featuring Jovi, Kelly Rowland, Kelis, and more recorded current or upcoming hit singles from their latest albums in an entirely new language, ‘Simlish,’ which is the official language of The Sims franchise. Some of these are obviously going to be unheard of for most people such as I have not heard of Travie McCoy but a search of YouTube would soon sort that out, or even Amazon for that matter…..

The experience is unlike any other for some of the artists and can even prove to be challenging. “We couldn’t stop laughing while re-recording “Double Vision” in Simlish because it just sounds super bizarre,” “I’ve always been a fan of The Sims games and could never figure out what the characters were saying in the game. I’m not sure if Simlish can be translated, but it’s darn fun to speak!”
Travie McCoy said who sang his upcoming single “Need You” in the game’s one-of-a-kind language.:
“Singing in Simlish was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it was a blast!”
Kelly Rowland added:
“I have to say it was quite challenging to sing “Rose Colored Glasses” in Simlish, but also incredibly fun!”

DJ Hero 2 unveils the Empire Mode
Being a superstar DJ, for some is the ultimate achievement. The new trailer for DJ Hero 2 unveils the Empire Mode that takes you from a small-time party player to a big-time mash-up beat matcher.
Jamie Jackson, creative director at FreeStyle Games gives budding DJs a sneak peak at what awaits. The trailer showcases player’s ability to take their newly created club brands to the top, with the chance to host monster parties in some of the world’s hippest capitals including Berlin, Shanghai and Ibiza.
DJ HERO 2 TRACKLIST REVEALED
When the party starts on 22nd October, budding beat chemists, singing sensations and all of their friends will experience over 100 of the biggest tracks from the hottest artists, remixed exclusively for DJ Hero® 2, including Eminem’s “Not Afraid,” Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance,” David Guetta’s “Memories” feat. Kid Cudi, Lil’ Wayne’s “Lollipop” feat. Static Major, and Dizzee Rascal & Armand Van Helden’s “Bonkers,” Activision Publishing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced today. Cranking up the soundtrack to “the most innovative and immersive music experience of 2009”*, the full list of 105 speaker-blaring tracks and club-shaking anthems that will be transformed into over 80 unique mixes for DJ Hero 2 reads like a who’s who of music industry giants.
With all the songs now revealed, DJ Hero 2 has launched the ”Name That Mix” challenge on the DJ Hero® Facebook page, testing fans knowledge of music to discover the game’s tightly held and eagerly anticipated mixes. Every week from now until 21st September, fans will be presented with a “mashup of mashups” video from which participants will need to decipher what songs were used to create each mix. Over 275 prizes are available weekly including trips to see DJ Hero 2 artists perform live and professional DJ equipment. Harmonix, the world’s premier music video game developer and MTV Games, today confirmed the entire 83 song on-disc soundtrack for the highly anticipated Rock Band 3 music video game, including new tracks from Jimi Hendrix, Avenged Sevenfold, Paramore, The White Stripes, Jane’s Addiction, Phish, Anthrax, The Cure, Bob Marley, Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne, Dire Straits, The Smiths, Foreigner, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Doors and many more. Rock Band 3 will be released Oct. 26 in North America and Oct. 29 in the rest of the world for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS.
