How to unlock characters and costumes in Resident Evil 6 Mercenaries mode

Several new details have been revealed today in regards to the unlocking specific characters, costumes and stages in the Mercenaries mode of the multiplatform title,Resident Evil 6. Players will be able to unlock new content by playing through the story mode in addition to achieving a high ranking on Mercenaries. You can check out some images of the unlockables, as well as several other screens from the survival-horror video game, and the details below (via the GameFAQs forum):

  • Mining Depths stage: Complete Jake’s campaign in the story mode
  • Steel Beast stage: Complete Chris’s campaign in the story mode
  • Ada’s Mercenaries character: Complete Ada’s campaign in the story mode
  • BSAA Agent’s Mercenaries character: Unlock every character and their alternate costumes
  • Carla’s Mercenaries character: Unlock every character and their alternate costumes
  • Helena’s Mercenaries character: Complete Urban Chaos stage with a B rank or better
  • Piers’ Mercenaries character: Complete Steel Beast stage with a B rank or better
  • Sherry’s Mercenaries character: Complete Mining Depths stage with a B rank or better
  • Extra Mercenaries costumes: Complete any stage with an A rank or better with each character

Capcom is the developer and publisher behind Resident Evil 6. In addition to the Mercenaries mode, the latest video game in the Resident Evil franchise also features a massive campaign that is split into four main characters: Ada Wong, Chris Redfield, Jake Muller and Leon S. Kennedy. The survival-horror title is now available on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 with a PC version also slated to come out down the line.     Okay… so you mentioned how to unlock the stages, and how to unlock the characters but… where is the information on how to unlock alternate costumes?? Thanks for nothing.

    I have unlocked All the characters and there alternate costumes and still haven’t unlocked carla and the bsaa agent!
