Time for real Super Heroes: ProSiebenSat.1 Digital launches Marvel Super Hero Squad Online. The free-to-play massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) is based on the internationally famous Super Hero Squad franchise of legendary Marvel Comics heroes. A free account can now be created at www.super-hero-game.eu or www.sevengames.com and you can start playing right away.

Diverse gameplay provides long-term motivation
In Marvel Super Hero Squad Online, players aren’t sidekicks; they play as their favorite Super Heroes, such as Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Thor as they try to stop vile Super Villains such as Magneto or Doctor Doom from taking over Super Hero City. The Marvel Universe captivates with highly varied gameplay such as action-packed missions for up to four players, exciting and strategic collectible card duels, entertaining challenges in integrated arcade games, customizable headquarters and an interactive game world provide long-term motivation for both MMO newcomers and experienced players. The challenge mode provides additional appeal where completing certain quests results in rewards of, gold, silver or tickets for the Prize Wheel.

New heroes available regularly
After signing up, every player has four, free well-known Super Heroes: Thing, Cyclops, Falcon and Ms. Marvel available as playable characters. Premium members will also enjoy exclusive characters such as Iron Man or Black Suit Spider-Man. Over 40 famous characters are also available at the in-game Shop at any time. More of the over 5,000 Marvel heroes will be added regularly.

Along with new heroes, players can also obtain additional missions and collectible card decks in the in-game Shop. The currency is either silver coins, reward for successfully completed missions or in the social areas, or gold coins available on the website.
