Axl Rose Suing Guitar Hero Makers

In an article by RadarOnline it has been stated that Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, is suing Activision Blizzard Inc, the owner of the hit video game Guitar Hero.

Axl is suing the company for over $20 million dollars for fraud, breach of contract and unjust enrichment, among others claims.

DJ HERO 2 AND GUITAR HERO: WARRIORS OF ROCK DEMOS AVAILABLE NOW ON XBOX LIVE

Budding beat chemists, hard rockin’ living room legends, singing sensations and all of their friends itching to take DJ Hero 2 and Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock for a spin in advance of the games’ releases later this autumn need not wait any longer as Activision Publishing Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced that the demos will be available today for free download on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Gamers looking to score any one of various exclusive bonus offers can pre-order both games in-store at retailers nationwide. Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock shreds onto store shelves 24th September with DJ Hero 2 spinning into retailers on 22nd October.

In the DJ Hero 2 demo, fans will get a taste of four exclusive mixes from the best soundtrack in entertainment as they freestyle scratch, sample and crossfade through various gameplay tutorials, QuickPlay and all-new multiplayer modes including Accumulator and DJ Battle. Mixes included in the demo of DJ Hero 2 are:

This autumn, YOU and the rest of the living room legends + mates will join together and embark on an epic rock journey to save rock n’ roll with the latest installment in the world’s most popular music game series. Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock breathes new life into gamers’ current Guitar Hero music libraries providing literally hundreds of hours of replayability with the introduction of Quickplay+, which features 13 totally unique gameplay challenges for every on-disc track as well as most downloadable and importable songs from Guitar Hero® World Tour forward. Gamers will complete challenges such as Band Streak, High Score and Power Challenge, which allows players to choose any two warrior powers they have unlocked to try and earn ridiculously high scores, to rank up and unlock more rewards and content than ever before.
